Joyce Lieberman, Artist
Joyce Lieberman is a visual artist living in Venice, California. She is from Michigan, went to U of M School of Art, where she enjoyed eating at Angelo's. She met her husband Jimm Juback in Ann Arbor and became part of the family. Her “UNStill Life” series features painted works on paper and canvas displaying flower-filled vases in luscious colors with colliding and overlapping pattern. These compositions often defy gravity, proportion and field to deliver a sense of spirited motion. New bodies of work include "Trees", "Orbs and Dappled Light" and the huge 18 foot work "Trifecta".
